By accessing or using Quantum Self (“the Service”), operated by MireuTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is available by invitation only. You must have a valid invite code to register. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Financial Data & Plaid
The Service connects to your financial institution via Plaid. By linking your bank account, you authorize us to retrieve transaction and balance data on your behalf. You may disconnect your bank at any time. We are not responsible for errors or interruptions in data provided by Plaid or your financial institution.
4. No Financial Advice
The Service provides financial data aggregation and categorization tools for personal informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MireuTech and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account by contacting us at mireu.tec@gmail.com.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MireuTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
